Originally part of the old forestry administration buildings, this room has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a quiet, airy, and warm atmosphere, ideal for focused discussions and productive sessions.

The Room
Our meeting room can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people in theatre-style seating, 18 in a U-shape layout, 14 in classroom-style seating, and 16 in a boardroom setup, allowing flexibility to suit your event's specific needs.
The room is equipped with two heat pumps to ensure comfort year-round, providing warmth in winter and cooling in summer.
Access is made easy with steps and a disability ramp leading to a deck area outside the main entrance.
Inside, you'll find two toilets (including one with wheelchair access), and a small kitchenette with a benchtop, sink, microwave, and fridge, ideal for serving refreshments or light catering during your event.
Equipment and Technology
Our meeting room is well-equipped with plenty of power sockets for all your devices and equipment. We provide a large portable projection screen for presentations, a flatbed overhead projector for acetates, and a large double-sided mobile whiteboard (1800 x 1200), ensuring you have everything you need for a successful event.

For your convenience, there is ample car parking available directly outside the meeting room, making it easy for delegates to arrive and settle in without any hassle. The room’s accessibility features ensure that all guests can enter comfortably, with options for both steps and a disability ramp.
